These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all games and services published by BossAries LLC ("BossAries", "we", "us", "our"), including Simply Spades and any future titles. By creating an account or using our games, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use our games. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, email and password, or as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts for the purpose of impersonating another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When using our games, you agree not to:
We apply a profanity filter to in-game chat. Attempting to circumvent this filter may result in account suspension.
Our games offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store (collectively, "App Stores"). By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable App Store's terms of service.
We do not store your payment information. All billing is handled by the App Stores and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat.
Our games may allow you to send chat messages, choose usernames, and interact with other players. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant BossAries a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within our game services (for example, showing your chat messages to other players in the same game room).
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms.
All game content — including characters, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, and game logic — is owned by BossAries LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our game content without written permission.
We strive to keep our games available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Multiplayer features require an internet connection and depend on server availability.
Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BossAries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our games, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our games shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time by visiting our account deletion page or emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our games ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
